1) Is it free to register?
Yes, it is 100% free to register with Bright Stats. We do not charge you for anything.
2) How many days do you track stats for?
You'll have access to the last 60 days of traffic stats. You'll find that many of the other free web stats companies only offer 7-10 days worth of stats. We offer a whopping 60 days.
3) Can I have my stats tracked without loading a counter?
You can use our invisible counter option if you would rather not display a counter on your page. We do appreciate it when you do use a normal counter since it helps promote our services as well.
4) I visited my page and it didn't increase my hit counter?
We track unique visitors, to ensure full accuracy of the stats, so it will not count your visit if you've already been tracked. This resets every 24 hours.
5) Can I register for more than one account?
Sure, that's not a problem as long as each site being tracked is unique
6) Why do I have to paste the code into my website?
Since our program does not have actual access to your server logs, the only way to track is by embedding a few lines of code into the pages you would like tracked.
7) I've lost my password, how can it be resent to me?
Simply use our lost password function.
8) Are your stats really accurate?
No stats are ever 100% accurate, but our stats program has a very small margin of error, and are usually a good estimate of the traffic you are actually receiving.
9) Can I edit the code I need to input on my page?
No, if you do, the stats may not function accurately. Manipulation or removal of the coding can be subject for inaccurate stats reading.
10) Can I get stats emailed to me?
Sure, simply check the option in your user area to have stats sent to you via email
